Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/FKM (Environmental/Health/Safety)
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience as HSE Manager in Petrochemical Industry or EPC Oil & Gas
• Excellent knowledge in Environmental Health and Safety System (ISO 14001, SMK3)
• Hold AK3 certified from Government
• Able to make HIRADC-EA (Hazard Identification Risk Assestment Determining Control – Environmental Assesment) and JSA (Jobs Safety Analysis)
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence operations, and build consensus opinions
• Have good leadership and in-depth knowledge in managing Health, Safety, Security & Environment
• Experience and working knowledge of Process Safety regulations
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
